Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of pestquotepro.com (the "Site") and the call-routing and referral services offered by PestQuotePro ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site or calling our intake line, you agree to these Terms.

1. What PestQuotePro is — and isn't

PestQuotePro is a free referral service that connects you with licensed independent pest control contractors. PestQuotePro is not a pest control company. We do not perform pest control work. We do not set pricing. We do not provide warranties on the services performed by the contractor we connect you with.

2. The contractor relationship

Any agreement for pest control services is exclusively between you and the licensed contractor. PestQuotePro is not a party to that agreement. Pricing, scope, treatment plans, warranties, follow-up service, and any disputes about service quality are managed by the contractor.

3. No guarantee of specific results

Pest treatments are inherently variable. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, eradication timeline, or freedom from re-infestation. Those terms are set by the contractor.

4. Consent to be contacted

By calling our intake line or providing your phone number, you consent to be contacted by PestQuotePro and our pest control contractor partners by phone, automated dialer, pre-recorded message, and text message, even if your number is on a Do Not Call list. 5. User conduct

You agree not to misuse the Site or our service. Misuse includes (but is not limited to) submitting false information, harassing our intake staff or contractor partners, scraping the Site, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

6. Intellectual property

The Site, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is the property of PestQuotePro and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or republish material from the Site without our written permission.

7. Disclaimers

The Site and our service are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PestQuotePro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PestQuotePro, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site or our service.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
