TCPA Disclosure

This TCPA Disclosure explains how the Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991 ("TCPA") applies to your interaction with PestQuotePro and our pest control contractor partners.

Your express consent

By calling (844) 111-1111, by submitting a form on pestquotepro.com that includes a phone number, or by clicking a "call now," "get a quote," or similar button while providing your phone number, you provide your express written consent to receive telephone calls and text messages from PestQuotePro and our pest control contractor partners at the phone number you provide.

This consent specifically includes consent to receive:

• Calls and text messages made using an automatic telephone dialing system (ATDS)
• Calls and text messages containing pre-recorded or artificial voice messages
• SMS text messages, including marketing messages

This consent applies even if the phone number you provide is on a federal or state Do Not Call (DNC) list.

Consent is not a condition of service

You do not have to consent to receive automated calls or text messages in order to receive pest control services. If you prefer not to provide TCPA consent, you can contact PestQuotePro and our contractor partners directly by other means — for example, by email at support@pestquotepro.com.

What you'll receive

If you provide TCPA consent, you may receive:

• An initial callback from PestQuotePro or a pest control contractor to discuss your pest issue and provide a quote
• Follow-up calls or text messages to confirm appointments, provide service reminders, or follow up on quotes
• Occasional marketing communications about pest control services, seasonal offers, and related services

Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply.

How to revoke consent

You can revoke your TCPA consent at any time. To stop receiving automated calls and SMS messages from PestQuotePro and our contractor partners:

• Reply STOP to any SMS message we send you
• Tell the caller verbally that you wish to be added to our internal Do Not Call list
• Email optout@pestquotepro.com with your phone number and a request to stop

We will honor opt-out requests within a reasonable time. Opting out of marketing communications does not affect transactional messages necessary to complete service you've already requested.

Recording

Calls to and from PestQuotePro may be recorded for quality assurance, training, and dispute resolution purposes. You will be notified at the start of any call that may be recorded.
